Mr President!
Today Fiona Xie and Ben were in school for the Hey Gorgeous tv show! bb-John was nominated and the 2 of them did a short interview with me before i brought them upstairs to where bb was... they made me dance for National tv! (oh GOD..) i danced salsa to Bachata music! quite disastrous ... hahahhaa... aiyo... dunno wat to do la... but the 2 of them were corny and nice.. Fiona kept commenting on how shy i was but i was too nervous! abit speechless.... heheh.
anyway... they nearly caught me for another "interview" upstairs.. the crew pointed to me but unfortunately fiona and ben caught the wrong girl (joanna!) they thought to be bb's girlfriend.. hahaha... until joanna said "no, my boyfriend's at home..." then they realized they got the wrong girl... but i was already on the way downstairs to help Daphne with her disfunctional falsies... whoops! so they nominated joanna instead.. PooR joanna, she was SO nervous her eyes turned red, bb thought she was going to cry!
after tt was the salsa performance and i think Daphne and Ricky did a great job considering it's their very First performance! wee-u-weet!!!
then we received good news that a group of salsa club beginner class people had formed a team to participate in the dodgeball tournament and came out CHAMPIONS!!!!!~ woohoo!! eve and lyn said they used salsa skills to play successful dodgeball.... i dunno if there's such a thing... but it worked la so okay... hahahhahaa... so everyone: salsa moves can be used to play DODGEBALL... and can Win! wahahhaaa..
anyway... bb received a call to say that he was in the top 3 for the Hey Gorgeous, so he decided to perform salsa social with me as his partner! i was FREAKING nervous!!! my heart was thundering so hard in my ribcage i thought it was going to fall out.... bb was the participant but he had to keep trying to calm me down.... heheh... whoops..
in the end, the performance went ok... i didn't break any bones or lose any teeth.... so.. ya... i guess i'll be on tv too... :P too bad i didn't take any photos with Fiona xie.. i think she's quite nice!
of all the performances from the contestants, i felt that bb's was the most entertaining, but in the end, he lost the popularity vote to M2 cos that guy really had ALOT of support... even the SIM office staff were rooting for him! his whole flower already had no more space but people jus keep sticking the magenets to his flower! :( the Miss SIM and Mr SIM's performances were basically just "modelling" around... so i guess popularity votes are really important... but it's ok... it's all in good fun ! :D and the salsa club was really "Advertized" after that.... we had more people signing up! hahahhaa...
well... after that, when the filming wrapped up, there wasn't much activity and so we called it a day.... i had a million and one things to carry home and bb was heading over to Valerie's 21st birthday chalet (HappyHappy birthday Valerie!) but i was lucky i had Joanna to give me a ride home! the girl's a GEM~ she brought speakers and a huge board for the booth but we didn't get a chance to use it so everything was in her car and it was really Loaded... Thanks Jo!!!!!!!! and tml's ur birthday so Happy Happy birthday to u!!!!!~ nice cake today heheh....
well... i'm quite happy with everything that turned out today i had a really fun time!! heheheh.... thank you everyone who helped out at the salsa booth! hugggsss!! :D
